The latest version of AB 80 – ready to be delivered – will be the flagship at the next Fiera Nautica di Sardegna, which takes place from May 1 to 5 in the Marina of Porto Rotondo, Sardinia.
This will be a unique opportunity to give a closer look at this hull of the AB Yachts brand, featuring sexy and sporty lines and extremely high performances, well-known by the market as a real Formula One car of the seas.
AB80, which has a 25.20-metre LOA but is still officially below 24 metres in length and a 6.50-metre beam, is aimed to a demanding boatowner who may also want to drive the boat by himself. Easy to use and operate for family holidays and long cruises, but also the perfect luxury day-boat to get wherever you desire and discover new places with extremely reduced cruising times.
Equipped with three MAN V-12 engines of 2000hp each, AB80 offers maneuverability, also at high speed, shallow water capability (thanks to her very low draft of 1.30 m) and top performances with max speed of 55+ knots and comfortable cruising speed at 45 knots. Efficiency and lack of vibrations are also main features.
This version has a very original layout, including a convertible galley on the main deck, so as to have 4 cabins in the guest area. The galley can easily turn into an open galley/bar for all the guests on board, thanks to the smoked mirror panel that can be lowered electrically. What's more, the incredibly convenient and comfortable day-head – always on the main deck – offers the utmost comfort and privacy for guests. Custom-made furniture and materials, in the tradition of AB Yachts (Next Yacht Group).
