ANOTHER MAIORA EXUMA 35 HITS THE WATER
Viareggio, 1 July 2024
For over fifty years, Next Yacht Group's brand Maiora has been a market leader for the unparalleled style and volumes of its yachts and become the epitome of the pleasure of cruising the seas in generous, bright and versatile spaces often featuring truly unconventional solutions.
Maiora's line Exuma combines this excellent onboard liveability with surprising performances, modelled after the sportier brand of the Group to deliver a truly exclusive sea experience.
The Maiora 35 Exuma is a very successful model, a multiple-award winner, that’s unmatched on the market: a skilful blend of pure elegance, innovative high-tech solutions, impressive interior brightness, huge storage capacity for tender and water toys, all contained in a 300 gross tonnage and combined with a sporty DNA and the thrill of speeding at 35 knots in maximum safety and comfort.
The latest Maiora Exuma 35 has been just launched in the presence of her Owner. She is the fourth hull in the series to hit the water in the last four years and, just like her sisterships, she has been customised down to the tiniest detail.
This over 36-metre unit embodies all the Exuma line's ability to produce custom yachts that offer a unique cruising and onboard life experience, thanks to the harmonious combination of speed and comfort and innovative design solutions that maximise space and volumes.
Her impressive performances are ensured by a propulsion system consisting of three water jets powered by three MTU 2000HP engines which push her to a maximum speed of almost 35 knots in the utmost safety and almost without vibrations. This means not only top speeds quite rarely found on yachts in this segment and of this size, but also a wider range of cruising modes, always ensuring great efficiency and reduced consumption. Not to mention the excellent maneuvrability and very limited draught - around 1.30 m (4ft. approx) -, offering the exclusive pleasure of cruising and exploring wonderful Mediterranean beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, without constraints and peacefully immersed in nature. Two gyro stabilizers minimise rolling both when cruising and at anchor.
The space available to store water toys is unparalleled: a generous tender, exceeding 6.50 metres in length, can be stored in the side garage - a solution that also results in safe and easy launching operations. A second garage located aft allows to store a 3.5-metre service tender and countless toys: Seabobs, inflatables, scuba diving cylinders, SUP boards, Fliteboards, wakeboards … and much more.
All interiors are fully bespoke, designed to maximise liveability and featuring solutions specially developed to meet the Owner's needs and taste. The interiors are bathed in light thanks to the extensive use of glass, with floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces in the saloons, huge windows in the master suite and in the guest cabins on the lower deck. All areas are fully connected, with the aft concealing doors of the saloons that open up completely to create boundless in-and-out open spaces, or a convenient lift - another feature normally found on much larger yachts – that allows guests to comfortably move between the various decks. On the upper deck, the indoor private saloon can be easily converted into an over-130 sq.m. area by simply opening a door, sliding the 'moon-roof' open, and lowering the side glazed surfaces, to obtain an 'on-demand flybridge'.
This vessel will be on display at the forthcoming autumn boat shows.
